About Straight From Scratch
Our Story
Straight From Scratch was created in 1999 at a family barbecue in a little town called Galesburg, Il. But it didn't start there. I was raised up in Oklahoma City where I learned about spices from my mom, who was a very good cook. She raised 8 boys and 1 girl. Being the 3rd oldest, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen learning about spices. So this family recipe will be the best barbecue sauce, the best base, and the dipping sauce you've ever tasted. We also cater.
